The Ada County Coroner has identified the man Police found  with a bullet wound in a car parked in the middle of the road near Boise Towne Square last night.

28-year old Mathew Mohler-Kerns died from a single gunshot wound to the head.

Tuesday afternoon Boise police say 35-year old Shawn Fisher is connected to a sting of events that lead to the death of Mohler-Kerns.

He was arrested for another car crash.

As of now Fisher is only charged with aggravated battery for a hit and run and kicking a police dog.
