Nampa police are looking for a hit and run driver. They say a person riding a scooter had to be hospitalized after a white car ran over the scooter at 12th Avenue Road near East Sherman Avenue on Saturday night. The scooter's rider was not wearing a helmet and suffered serious injuries.
