Murder Defendant Removed From Courtroom For Expletive
April 16, 2013
The man accused of shooting and killing another man during a fit of road rage in Boise in February had to be escorted out of the courtroom this morning.
35-year old Shawn Nathan Fisher used an expletive when a deputy put a hand on Fisher's shoulder to get him to sit still and listen to the judge.
At that point the judge ordered Fisher removed until all of the other cases before him can be heard.
Fisher allegedly fired the shot that killed 28-year old Matthew Mohler-Kerns of Boise on February 18th.
Fisher then allegedly went door to door in a neighborhood trying to get into homes to hide.
