(BOISE, Idaho) -- A fire Sunday morning left two women hospitalized, The Idaho Statesman reports.
The blaze broke out at a home in the 400 block of 47th Street shortly before 8 a.m. The owner of the house reportedly suffered smoke inhalation and was still in the hospital Sunday afternoon. The woman's niece was reportedly treated for burns and released, the paper says.
The woman are receiving lodging and assistance from the fire department's Burnout Fund, as the home is no longer habitable, according to the Statesman.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
