(BOISE, Idaho) -- Police arrested a 23-year-old man on drug charges early Wednesday morning.
Officers observed a vehicle that failed to come to a stop before entering the roadway at Curtis and Plymouth Street at about 3 a.m., according to a police report. When officers contacted the driver, identified as Andrew Clark, they discovered he had an arrest warrant on failure to appear charges. After searching Clark, police discovered a glass pipe with meth residue, a syringe, two spoons and a digital scale.
Clark was booked into the Ada County Jail and charged with possession of a controlled substance, a felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor and failure to appear warrant charges, a misdemeanor.
