(BOISE, Idaho) -- Boise Police have charged a local man with Driving Under the Influence and other charges following a vehicular crash over the weekend.
The crash happened around 7 p.m. Saturday, as police say a pickup truck slammed into a fence on the 12000 block of West Fairview Avenue.
According to a police statement, officers responded to the scene and upon opening one of the vehicle's doors, a pipe containing spice fell from the pickup truck. Police say the driver, identified as Timothy Gorman, 31, was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating substance, and failed several field sobriety tests.
Gorman was arrested for DUI, probation violation charges, possession of spice and possession of drug paraphernalia.
