(BOISE, Idaho) -- Boise police arrested a man after he assaulted another man, at one point bringing out a baseball bat to use as a weapon.

On Tuesday night, at approximately 11:00p.m., Elvis Mrsic, 19, was in a parking lot near Eagle and Fairview arguing with an acquaintance of his in an argument, police report. The victim told police that Mrsic cursed at him, and eventually went to retrieve a baseball bat, which he swung at the victim multiple times, making contact and causing minor injuries.

After a detailed investigation Mrsic was booked at the Ada County Jail.
