(BOISE, Idaho) -- Police arrested a man and a woman on drug charges early Sunday morning.
Officers pulled over a vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign near West Fairview Avenue and North Cole Road at about 1 a.m. A Boise Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle, indicating that drugs were likely present. Officers found multiple items of drug paraphernalia, including pipes and hypodermic needles, from the vehicle, a police report states. They also reportedly located seven baggies of meth.
Police determined that 18-year-old Lyjah Armstrong had two warrants for his arrest on petit larceny and failure to appear charges.
Armstrong, along with 24-year-old Patricia L. Cochran, were both arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail on multiple charges.
