(BOISE, Idaho) -- Police arrested a 24-year-old man Tuesday for allegedly using a stolen credit card.

The suspect, identified as Robert N. Hughes, was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for possession of a stolen financial transaction card. The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a credit card stolen from a victim in May 2010. The suspect allegedly used the card to make purchases at a local retail store.

Information from the investigation was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.l
