(BOISE, Idaho) -- A Caldwell man has been arrested by Boise Police on charges of driving under the influence and possession of an open container of alcohol.

Raul Flores, 45, was held during a traffic stop on Saturday night. Boise Police say officers observed a vehicle speeding in an easterly direction on Interstate 84 near Curtis. After pulling over the vehicle, police say its driver, Flores, was found to be intoxicated with him then failing several field sobriety tests.

Police say they also found an open bottle of beer in the vehicle.
