(BOISE, Idaho) -- A Meridian man has been charged with aggravated battery after he allegedly used a car to strike another man in Boise on Sunday night.
The incident happened around 9:40 p.m. on the 2500 block of South Stanley Street. The victim told police that earlier in the day the suspect Mark Villarreal, 27, had been removed from the victim's property for trespassing. The victim claims Villarreal returned later and struck him with a car as he was standing near a mailbox.
