I've noticed a lot of people around me are, well, cranky. Even people that normally are happy and always seem to be in a great mood.

Talking to people, it doesn't take long to figure out why the attitude. It's the weather. And for many people, several select verbs and adjectives are used to describe the cloud cover, inversion and fog that we have.

We need at least a four to five day run of sunshine to get the smiles back on people's faces.

That's not too much to ask. I've got my smile ready and waiting. All I need is sunshine.
