Foreclousure filings on homes in the Treasure Valley returned to normal levels last month. Idaho Data Providers market report shows Ada County Foreclosure Starts down 25% compared to March. Starts in Canyon County were down 16%. Officials believe that a bottom to the housing market and a real recovery are at least a year away.
