A real estate market report shows foreclosures rose a whopping 70-percent in Canyon County over the past month. Idaho Data Providers president Charlie Nate says the worst is yet to come. He expects the double digit foreclosure rate will continue in the coming months. Meanwhile, foreclosures in Ada County were down slightly from December to January.
