Fish & Game Chopper Down
Idaho State officials say a Fish and Game helicopter with three people on board has crashed in Northern Idaho. The chopper went down around Noon today in the Kelly Creek area on the North Fork of the Clearwater River between Pierce and Missoula. Authorities say none of the 3 on board suffered life threatening injuries but were transferred by helicopter to a hospital in Missoula, Montana. Fish and Game had sent the 2 biologists and the pilot into the region to put radio collars on elk, moose and wolves.
