New Pathologist for Canyon County
Dr. Robert Deters is the new forensic pathologist for Canyon County. Coroner Vicki DeGoyce-Morris tells 670 KBOI news the new hire will save taxpayers money, "because we're not having to make two or three trips to Ada County, so that's going to save us in gas. Some of the things that we were paying for over in Ada County we were already doing here so therefore that's going to save us money because we're not having to pay Ada County to do the same thing for us". Deters previously worked in the Utah State Examiner's office.
